« Coleslaw
Ingredients
- 1 small onion finely sliced
- 1 carrot grated
- half a white cabbage
- 3 tbsps yoghurt
- 2 tbsps mayonaise
- juice of 1 lemon
- salt
Method
- Scatter a teaspoon of salt over the onion and leave in a sieve over the sink whilst you shred the rest of the veg
- Squeeze out the onion and add to the other ingredients
- Mix, taste and adjust for saltiness and sourness
